How Mags asks for and records consent to send text messages, and what every keyword does. This page is here so it can be checked without signing up.
How opt-in works
Opt-in is by text message. Mags publishes one number at textmags.com, with the disclosure below shown alongside it. A person opts in by texting that number themselves, in their own words — that first message is the consent. There is no form, no number field, and no message is ever sent on anyone’s behalf. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

Keywords and what each returns
No opt-in keyword is required: any first message from a new number enrols it. The keywords below are the carrier keywords, matched deterministically, and they work even if everything else is down. Each returns a fixed message, quoted verbatim.
