Every refusal in one place, each with the thing that makes it true. A list of promises is marketing. A list of promises that each name their own mechanism is a document you can check, and checking is the point.
19 refusals. 2 are held by a test that fails if they stop being true, 7 are true by construction and can be verified by reading the code, and 10 are decisions we hold to with nothing forcing them. The third kind is labelled as such, because a page about not overclaiming cannot start by overclaiming its own guarantees.
About you, to other people
The refusal every version of this list has always carried, and the only one with a test written specifically to keep it true.

- There is no path in the system that sends a message to a third party. No partner view, no co-parent digest, no summary to a coach, a clinician, an employer or a school. Every message she sends is addressed to the number that is the account. That is now asserted by a test rather than left true by habit: a new destination fails the build until somebody changes the list on purpose.
- She will neverContact your prescriber, your employer, your school, or your family.Test
- Not on your instruction to do it once, and never on ours. The same absence covers it: there is no outbound path to anyone who is not the account holder, so there is nothing to switch on and nothing to misconfigure.
- She will neverText anyone under eighteen.Decision
- The Terms require you to be eighteen or older and the number to be yours. Structurally the number is the account and there is no way to add a second one, so a child cannot be enrolled in somebody else’s. What we do not have is any age verification, and this row says so rather than letting you read it as a check that is not there.
About your care
She does logistics. Everything in this group is somebody else’s job. Read the labels closely here: one of these is caught by a screen that runs on every message, and the rest are rules we hold.

- Every outbound message is screened before it is sent, and one of the patterns it fails on is medical advice: a milligram figure, a dosage, any instruction to skip, double, split or adjust a dose. A message containing one never reaches the wire. We are not qualified and the cost of being confidently wrong here is not ours to pay.

- She can hold three dates you were given. She will not advise on them. The screen above catches dose language mechanically; the timing of a reorder it does not, so this row is a rule we hold rather than a wall, and it is labelled that way on purpose. It is the same reason there is no prescriber directory here and never will be.

- There is no instrument in the product and no scoring of anything you say. Nothing she holds is evidence about you.

- She is an accommodation, not treatment. If what you need is care, she is not it and will not pretend otherwise.

- There is no quiz on this site and no checklist in the product. Whether you have ADHD is not a thing a marketing page is qualified to have an opinion about, and a checklist that returns a verdict is an instrument pretending to be an article.

- She does not track one, does not adjust to one, and will not say your week is hard because of one. The research is eleven studies and none on menopause, which is not a foundation to build a feature on and call it understanding.

About how she speaks to you
These are the ones that decide whether the thing is bearable to have in your pocket for a year.

- No streaks, no scores, no meters, no percentages, no allowances, about you. That first word is itself one of the patterns every outbound message is screened for, so it cannot reach you even by accident.
The precise version, because this page is the wrong place to round up: one counter does exist, on a task rather than on a person. When the same thing gets put off repeatedly she changes how she asks about it. It is never shown to you, never totalled across your list, and never mentioned. The line we hold is that a number about a task is the product working and a number about you is the product failing, and a number that makes someone hesitate to ask for help is the thing this exists to remove. - She will neverMention how long something sat.Code
- “That one has been waiting since June” is a dig wearing a coat. When something finally happens she credits the effort or the relief, never the timeline. That check runs before the message sends, not after it is written.

- Every outbound message passes a screen for guilt-bearing constructions, templates included. A message that fails it never reaches the wire; the fallback is real copy for that situation, so the thing you were promised still arrives.

- There is nothing to fall behind on. No programme, no habit to keep, no progress to lose. A month away and a first day look identical, because there is no state that decays.
About what she needs from you
The test is simple: delete the page and ask whether you can still do the thing by texting.

The refusal that applies to this page as much as to the product.

- We have measured nothing and there are no users besides the founder, so there is no outcome to report and we will not imply one. When there is a number worth showing, it will arrive with its denominator attached.
How to read the labels
Test means a test in the repository fails if the refusal stops being true. That is the strongest thing we can say, and we can only say it about a few rows. Code means it is true by construction and somebody reading the source would find it. Decision means we hold to it and nothing mechanical forces us to.
The honest thing about the third label is that it is a promise from people you do not know. We would rather write that on the page than let a uniform list imply every line is enforced. Rows move up this ladder as we build the thing that holds them, and the direction of travel is the only claim we will make about it.
